Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the workshops, or services provided by we offer a 30-day refund policy excluding the cost of printing and postage and a $50 booking fee for the workshop. In the event that course participants are not satisfied with the content and outcome of the workshop, if they make their objections known to the course facilitator before the end of the workshop their money will be refunded in full, excluding any direct expenditures such as print costs and tea/coffee supplied.

If the participant does not raise their dissatisfaction before the end of the workshop they must put their request for refund in writing within 14 days after the course, explaining the nature of the complaint and why refunded is requested.

Upon booking a seat at a course a non-refundable $50 booking fee applies. In the event the participant cancels their seat within 14 days of the workshop there is no refund. This is because venues are booked and paid for in advance according to the number of participants attending.

Some special events may have a different refund policy which will be made clear on the website page which explains what the event is about.
